Services may be offered as one time projects, recurring monthly services, or subscriptions, as outlined in a proposal, agreement, or checkout page.

All services are provided on a best effort basis. Results may vary due to factors outside our control, including competition, algorithm changes, platform policies, and market conditions.

No Guarantees

optiseo does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, leads, conversions, or revenue outcomes. Search engines, advertising platforms, and AI systems are controlled by third parties and may change without notice.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to accounts, platforms, and assets required to perform services. Delays caused by missing information or approvals may impact timelines and results.

Payments and Billing

Payments may be processed through Stripe or other secure payment providers.

For one time services, payment terms will be outlined at checkout or in the applicable agreement.

For recurring monthly services or subscriptions, you authorize optiseo to charge the payment method on file on a recurring basis until the service is canceled. Subscription billing cycles and amounts will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.

You are responsible for keeping payment information up to date.

Refunds and Cancellations

All payments are non refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

For recurring monthly services, you may cancel at any time with written notice before the next billing cycle. Services will remain active through the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

For one time projects, work already completed or in progress is non refundable.

Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension of services and access.

Suspension and Termination

optiseo reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non payment, abuse, misuse, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Clients may terminate services according to the cancellation terms outlined above or in their service agreement.

Intellectual Property

All strategies, designs, content, code, and materials created by optiseo remain the property of optiseo until full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients retain ownership of their pre existing materials provided to optiseo.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non public business, technical, or strategic information shared during the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law.

Third Party Tools and Platforms

optiseo may use third party tools and platforms to deliver services, including analytics, hosting, CRM, advertising, and automation systems. optiseo is not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations caused by third party providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, optiseo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or services.

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to optiseo for the services giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable state jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
